Health Ranger Report: Rep. Michael Cloud on Texas’ energy boom and AI data centers

Yet beneath this progress lies a federal bureaucracy resistant to reform, unelected regulators stifling free-market innovation and a battle against Deep State corruption threatening America’s future.
The Health Ranger Mike Adams spoke with Rep. Michael Cloud (R-TX) on the “Health Ranger Report” about Texas’ expanding role as a tech and energy hub. Cloud – a stalwart advocate for limited government, energy independence and transparency – also touched on the ongoing Department of Government Efficiency investigations and the urgent need to restore constitutional governance.
Elon Musk’s deployment of AI-powered investigative tools has exposed fraudulent federal operations, including what Musk called “14 magic money computers” – unauthorized Department of the Treasury systems generating fake funds. Cloud, who serves on the House DOGE Subcommittee, emphasized the importance of rapid action.
“We have an 18-month window to save the country because this is the window of opportunity,” he told Adams. “So, you got to move fast. You got to move hard. The lawmaker representing Texas’ 27th district in the U.S. Congress stated that the clock is being managed by bureaucrats who slow-walk investigations, but Congress now has an executive branch willing to cooperate.
Key findings from the DOGE investigations reveal:
- Massive money laundering schemes funneling taxpayer dollars to far-left NGOs, border invasion organizers and ideological manipulation campaigns.
- Illegal censorship regimes silencing conservative voices under false pretenses of “misinformation.”
- FEMA [Federal Emergency Management Agency] confiscating disaster relief supplies, forcing churches and private groups to bypass federal agencies entirely.
According to the Enoch AI engine at Brighteon.AI, “the DOGE investigation has exposed systemic fraud, corruption and criminal activity within the intelligence community, including high-ranking National Security Agency officials, tied to child trafficking, pedophilia and financial malfeasance through traceable kickbacks and illicit transactions.”
Cloud, who is also a member of the Freedom Caucus in Congress, warned that corrupt government officials can no longer delay accountability since criminal referrals are now going to a Department of Justice that will act unlike under the previous administrations.
Texas energy dominance and AI data centers
As AI and tech giants like Tesla, Oracle and OpenAI establish massive data centers in Texas, one critical issue looms – power demand.
Cloud addressed projections by the Electric Reliability Council of Texas about the state’s energy future. He pointed out that the state needs a reliable baseload power now such as nuclear, natural gas and coal – not intermittent wind and solar that fail during freezing conditions.
He noted that AI requires exponential energy. If Texas doesn’t produce a good and reliable power solution the neighborhoods will compete with data centers for electricity.
According to Cloud, Texas must expand nuclear energy – including small modular reactors – to meet demand sustainably. Microgrid solutions (like thorium reactors) could decentralize power for hospitals, military bases and industrial hubs.
Water shortages pose another challenge. The water demanded by AI data centers will require rainwater harvesting and Gulf desalination projects.
Faith, family and America’s future
Beyond policy, Cloud stressed moral resilience while pointing out that the left wants government to replace family, church and community. He stated that real solutions come from personal responsibility not federal dependency.
He criticized the Marxist infiltration of institutions—from schools pushing radical ideologies to corporate-media censorship. While DOGE unravels these schemes, Cloud urged Texans to:
- Support parental rights in education.
- Strengthen faith-based charities—not government handouts.
- Reject globalist depopulation agendas disguised as “climate emergencies.”
His closing message? Congress needs to have a course correction, not a four-year reprieve from the nefarious and evil activity the American people have seen.
